Our global design team is seeking a Product Designer who has a passion for travel innovation, can transform complexity into clarity, and leads by doing. Product Designers work with feedback from our 8+ million users to directly deliver on user needs and our mission of redefining business travel. Designers don't just create interfaces, they help build and ship sophisticated products that empower millions of

business travelers, travel coordinators, and agents.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with our design systems
• Maintain and contribute to the design system and ensure design consistency across products and experience journeys
• Managing and maintaining core Figma Design System
• Working closely with front end development teams to manage holistic design tokens and systems architecture
• Contribute to a scalable Design System and manage documentation for other designers to consume
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our design processes and outputs.

What We´re Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional experience in digital design (UX designer, UI designer, UX engineer, interaction designer, product designer, or similar role)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building, scaling, or maintaining design systems in production environments
• A strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating an array of mobile first product design work
• Portfolio examples that demonstrate experience contributing to design systems, building component libraries, UI Kits, etc
• Proven experience designing for both desktop and mobile environments (Web, iOS, Android, etc)
• Expert proficiency in Figma with demonstrated experience in collaborative design workflows, component management, and design tokens
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Framer or similar) to communicate interactions and animations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards/patterns and designing for accessibility
• Experience animating UI elements using CSS, JavaScript, or motion design tools
• Working knowledge of semantic HTML and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, CSS-in-JS) to collaborate effectively with engineering
• Knowledge of design system governance and scaling practices
• Experience leveraging AI tools in design system workflows (ideation, asset generation, documentation)
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
