The Opportunity!
Reporting directly to the VP, Operational Enablement and collaborating closely with cross-functional Operations and Senior Regional Leadership teams, the User Experience Associate is a high-impact role responsible for elevating the end-to-end user experience across the organization. You will drive onboarding excellence, optimize IT infrastructure support, support IT change communications, and provide project support during M&A integration activities.
This is an in-office position that also requires the ability to travel to regional office locations as needed to deliver hands-on project support, help with change adoption, and ensure seamless technology integration during M&A transitions and corporate initiatives. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region are required.
A day in the life -
UX IT Support / Escalations:
Champion a best-in-class onboarding experience by coordinating equipment provisioning, system access, and personalized technology orientation for every new hire.
Own the end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding ticket process on behalf of regional management teams.
Serve as the escalation point for IT support requests, driving timely resolution and ensuring regional users receive responsive, high-quality service.
Act as the primary liaison between regional users and Corporate IT, ensuring all technology concerns are triaged, communicated, and resolved effectively.
IT Infrastructure Support:
Serve as the regional coordination point for IT infrastructure matters, working with local office contacts to identify and report issues to Corporate IT promptly and tracking them through to full resolution.
Facilitate communication between regional office contacts and Corporate IT teams to ensure infrastructure-related issues are prioritized, escalated appropriately, and resolved in a timely manner
Corporate IT Project Rollouts:
Support the regional coordination and implementation of corporate IT projects as directed by Corporate IT, ensuring smooth execution and user readiness across office locations
Monitor regional rollout progress and flag risks or adoption gaps to Corporate IT, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to end users.
IT Change Communication:
Develop and distribute clear, compelling communications regarding IT system changes, policy updates, and platform upgrades to ensure organization-wide awareness.
Change Champion Training:
Actively participate in the Change Champion collective, contributing to training initiatives and supporting the broader network of advocates driving IT change adoption across the organization.
What you will bring to our team -
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Familiarity with IT service management tools and platforms.
Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure best practices.
Experience managing corporate IT project rollouts and supporting user adoption of new technologies.
Knowledge in IT change management frameworks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with SharePoint is considered an asset.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to office locations within the region for on-site project support.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
Salary Expectations –
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
