As a student member of Intel's Design Generative AI tools user engagement team, you will support product adoption through communications, community activities, and enablement efforts. You will help execute trainings, demos, user onboarding, feedback collection, and gotomarket activities such as launches and adoption campaigns. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, creative student with a passion for communication, technology, and community building, who enjoys handson execution in a global, hybrid environment. Key activities Validate internal product market fit through continuous user research, feedback analysis, usage data, and experimentation to identify highvalue use cases. Lead gotomarket execution, including launches, onboarding, adoption campaigns, and ongoing feedback loops. Build and scale customer and partner communities via trainings, technical forums, events, and champion programs. Act as the voice of the customer by translating insights from direct interactions, surveys, and community engagement into product and roadmap inputs. Create and maintain scalable enablement assets: demos, documentation, workflows, and selflearning materials, while tracking adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have: Minimum qualifications: MA student in communication, business, marketing, industrial engineering, or similar Academy/ industry/ Army knowledge and experience in communications, marketing, media, or equivalent experience Ability to work at least 3 days a week in a hybrid and global setup High standards of execution and strong teamwork skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, networking skills, and ability to work effectively globally Sharp mind and excellent analytical and learning skills, accompanied by curiosity and independence Highly motivated and creative Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to the point of writing posts and other pieces in a compelling and professional style. Creating, writing, copyediting, editing, and managing internal and external content (English) Hands-on experience and familiarity with communications practices, excellent storytelling understanding, and techniques to increase an organization's visibility, profile, and reputation. Preferred qualifications: Experience managing a technical community - a great advantage Good familiarity with AI concepts and a passion for technological learning and understanding these emerging technologies Video editing skills
