The group works closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical and functional needs, driving excellence and operational efficiency within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) region.
What you'll do: - Analyze and classify requirements, including functional and non-functional, to align solutions with business objectives.
- Design scalable software architectures and detailed component-level designs based on high-level requirements.
- Develop, configure, and maintain code adhering to coding standards, ensuring security, quality, and performance.
- Build automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Create and execute test cases to validate software functionality and identify defects.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks and recommend solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in software development, including proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, and C.
- Strong knowledge of solution design principles, software architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
- Proven ability to analyze and classify requirements, including functional and non-functional types, to align with business objectives.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and automation scripting.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, defect management, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs in design and implement secure, maintainable, and high-availability solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products within agile environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
