Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

Those in IT support at PwC will focus on providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware. Working in this area, you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through a variety of mediums/channels. The guidance will help to resolve technical issues and maintain efficient IT operations at the L2 up to L4 support levels.

The Opportunity

As part of the Information Technology Operations team you will provide essential support to enhance user experiences and resolve technology issues. As a Senior Technologist/Administrative professional, you will deliver quality assistance, proactively addressing needs and fostering positive relationships while navigating challenges with resourcefulness and organization. This role offers the chance to engage directly with end users, equip them with the tools and support necessary for success in a dynamic work environment.

- This is an in-person role which will require up to 50% travel nationwide and punctual attendance is required

- Depending on your assigned PwC Office, expected working hours would be 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (New York City). The individual in this role is expected to wear a PwC branded shirt.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Demonstrating advanced technical troubleshooting skills

- Performing printer toner changes

- Teaching end users of all skill levels technology and sharing tech hacks

- Enabling end users to have successful meetings by testing technology in advance and assisting when issues arise

- Analyzing data to detect patterns in tech support issues

- Imaging and deploying PCs and technology peripherals to end users in the office and remotely

- Identifying and delivering continuous process improvements for positive end user experience through process simplification, automation and issue elimination

- Maintaining technical documentation with accuracy

- Displaying interest in innovation and continuous learning

- Grasping new technologies and sharing knowledge

- Performing research on customer support technology and standard practices using available tools and methodologies

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
