JOB OVERVIEW:
Working with the department to lead in all aspects of data preparation, analytics, management reporting, and adhoc reporting across Dental Divisions (Field Core, Telesales Core, Zahn, and Equipment). The data consist of sales, gross margin, customer and territory reporting. Requirements include creation, analyzing, reporting, and compiling of data. This includes developing and creating a strategy and roadmap that address both our customer and internal audience, as well as providing strategic direction to all sales and corporation managers and executives. This position will be responsible for all special project ad hoc reporting, development of reports, and research to ensure timely availability of all informational needs to support the Dental team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works to establish effective relationships within Henry Schein’s corporate organizations and subsidiary contacts to collect data. Builds, maintains and run systems and procedures to implement, monitor and report on marketing and sales programs and business performance.
• Prepares and communicates the Daily Sales Reports, Data warehouse reporting. Manipulates and analyzes data and adhoc requests as needed to answer trends in the business and support the business leaders of the venture groups
• Lead generation tracking and management of special projects for the team.
• Analyzes information using spreadsheet database and statistical software including simple reporting as well as statistical testing, geocoding/geoanalytics and multivariate modeling.
• Partner with executives and sales management to identify sales opportunities and provide actionable insight into customer purchasing and behavioral trends.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
-Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data warehousing a plus. Strong background in analytics required.
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and daily tasks. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
-A successful candidate will have a good understanding of the systems and how data comes together from each source. They will have an innate sense for details, accuracy, and the urgency for reporting.
-Strong sales and marketing focus, as well as a problem solver who can interpret data.
-Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with heavy emphasis on PC skills or the equivalent knowledge a plus.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $73,432 to $114,737 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
