Job Summary
The US Regional Corporate Properties Manager is responsible for overseeing all real estate transactions and projects, facilities oversight, and workplace operations across the US Region. This role ensures that corporate locations, critical facilities, and workplace environments operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational standards. The manager partners closely with Corporate Properties leadership, business units, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience and protect the firm’s real estate assets.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Management
- Execute the regional real estate and facilities strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day property operations including maintenance, repairs, space planning, and service delivery.
- Manage facility budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and operating expenses across the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, lease obligations, and building codes.
Real Estate & Lease Administration
- Support real estate transactions such as site selection, lease renewals, expansions, and dispositions.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Properties leadership to review key lease terms and obligations.
- Coordinate with landlords and property managers to resolve building issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage lease administration with 3rd party provider.
Project & Construction Oversight
- Lead and/or support construction, relocation, and renovation projects.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, vendors, and quality control.
- Collaborate with workplace design, IT, and security teams to ensure seamless execution.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage outsourced facilities vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Participate in vendor evaluations, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Employee Experience & Workplace Support
- Ensure Corporate Properties deliver a high‑quality, safe, comfortable, and productive environment.
- Respond to escalated workplace issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Risk, Safety & Compliance
- Oversee life safety systems, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning in the region.
- Conduct regular facilities inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain documentation for audits, regulatory examinations, and internal controls.
Financial Stewardship
- Monitor and manage regional operating and capital spend.
- Review and approve invoices; track spend versus budget.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or property operations.
- Experience managing multi‑site portfolios

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Deep understanding of building systems, lease terms, compliance requirements, and FM best practices.
- Proven vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial data.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading regional initiatives.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
