We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pixel team in Perth and are currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join the team. 

The Reporting Analyst will help drive critical business decisions by analysing metrics, contributing to organisational improvement by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing expert knowledge of drivers of business performance, profitability and growth.
• Communicating findings and performance and being able to articulate clearly and analysing, monitoring all aspects of business and product performance. 
• Building and extending dashboards in Tableau, or similar products, and creating views in SQL if needed.
• Gaining a broad understanding of all key metrics and KPI’s and understanding how key KPIs/Metrics can influence other metrics.
• Owning reporting deliverables for Management, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Customer Service, all BAU reporting and presenting this on a regular basis to stakeholders.
• Documenting changes to metrics (being the owner of definitions) and creating a documentation process that covers all reporting & metric requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for reporting requirements from Management, Product, Marketing, Compliance and work with stakeholders to identify and deliver strategically valuable insights that directly influence key metric improvement.
• Collaborate with peers on new techniques and tools, and be comfortable working in teams.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver strategically valuable insights that directly influence key metric improvement.

What you will bring to the role:

• BA/MSc in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, Tableau and data visualisation principles and techniques.
• Knack for conceiving and rolling out better ways to measure business performance and ability to interpret large and complex data sets.
• Strong business and financial acumen and ability to effectively balance tradeoffs between competing priorities.
• Confident at presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite level leaders across the company.
• Strong skills in communication, planning, organising, problem-solving, analysis, innovation, and attention to detail.
