Role Overview:

The US Patient Acquisition & Retention Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and onboard patients into respiratory therapies and support programs. This role focuses on tactical execution of acquisition initiatives, leveraging digital channels, behavioral insights, and partnerships to drive patient activation and engagement.

This individual will report to Head of Patient Experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement patient acquisition campaigns aligned with brand and journey strategy. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, patient support services, digital, and field teams to optimize outreach and engagement tactics. 

  • Apply behavioral insights to improve targeting and messaging effectiveness. 

  • Manage vendors and oversee development of patient-facing materials and tools. 

  • Monitor acquisition funnel performance and conversion rates. 

  • Support integration of acquisition efforts with broader patient experience and adherence strategies. 

  • Media Mix Optimization lead with GTMC 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards in all patient-facing activities 

  • Execute plans in collaboration with Alliance 

About You

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public health, or related field. 

Experience

  • 5+ years in patient marketing, acquisition, or engagement roles within healthcare or pharma. Experience in respiratory or chronic disease areas is considered to be an asset.

The salary range for this position is:

$178,500.00 - $257,833.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
