SUMMARY 

The Uniforms Supervisor/Coordinator is responsible for the management, organization, maintenance, and distribution of all employee uniforms in the hotel. This role ensures that all team members are presented in clean, well-fitted, and brand-compliant uniforms, supporting the luxury image and service standards of the property.

Assist with day-to-day operations of the department such and not limited to pressing, washing, Chemical inventory, and or other projects needed.

Administration

  • Maintain uniform logs and employee issue records.
  • Track lost or missing uniforms.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management regarding inventory and costs.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Supervise Uniform Room Attendants or Seamstress/Tailor.
  • Train staff on uniform handling and standards.
  • Schedule uniform room staff.
  • Ensure efficient workflow with laundry and housekeeping departments

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience in hospitality, laundry, housekeeping, or wardrobe management.
  • Strong organization and inventory control skills.
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards.
  • Good communication and employee service skills.
  • Ability to manage uniform inventory systems.
  • Attention to detail and presentation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 15-40 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.

The pay scale for Uniform Supervisor is $27.00

The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
