Salary range (but not limited to):

59,300 - 72,500

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

Nous cherchons un Souscripteur, Solutions spécialisées, pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Analyser les demandes de soumission, de renouvellements et de modification des polices et recommander des solutions.

  • Accompagner les courtiers dans les normes de souscription et de notation.

  • Utiliser les compétences de négociation pour maintenir des relations saines au sein et à l'extérieur de l'entreprise.

  • Participer aux visites des courtiers, aux événements de l'industrie et aux événements de marketing.

  • Fournir un soutien continu dans l'expansion du département et faire des recommandations pour l'amélioration des processus.

  • Évaluer et préparer des devis pour les nouvelles affaires et les renouvellements.

  • Gérez les transactions de police, y compris les renouvellements, les avenants et les annulations.

  • Comme indiqué, générez des lettres et des notes de service aux courtiers à partir du système.

  • Soutenir les membres de l'équipe au sein de Solutions Spécialisées ainsi que d'autres divisions chez Intact.


Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Diplôme universitaire/diplôme d'études collégiales ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente

  • Expérience en assurance (assurance agricole – un atout important)

  • Connaissance du marché de l'assurance

  • Connaissance des tendances commerciales ou d'autres développements ayant un impact sur notre industrie

  • Capacité à développer et à maintenir d'excellentes relations d'affaires avec les courtiers

  • Sens de la vente et négotiation

  • Analytique, motivé et s'efforcer de livrer à un niveau élevé

  • Initiative et capacité à travailler sous pression

  • Bon joueur d'équipe, avec des compétences exceptionnelles en collaboration et en communication

  • Titre PAA ou en voie d'obtention (un atout)

  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
