Job Description: HR Reporting Support
Position Objective
This role is responsible for managing and executing HR reporting activities, driving data standardization and automation, and enhancing the overall reporting efficiency and effectiveness of HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting Management
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, recruitment progress, attrition, training).
- Maintain and optimize reporting templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Standardization & Automation
- Develop standardized reporting processes to reduce duplication and manual effort.
- Collaborate with HR Operations team to identify opportunities and deploy automation solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with HRA and HRBP team to translate business needs into dashboards and reports.
- Compliance & Data Governance
- Ensure all reporting complies with company data governance and confidentiality standards.
- Safeguard sensitive HR data and maintain high levels of data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, data management and related filed.
- Prior HR reporting experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and reporting tools.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
