HPE UKIMEA Solutions Business Manager

Location: Winnersh UK Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Solutions Business Manager to join HPE UKIMEA. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in category management, business planning, and sales engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the business plan, driving product strategy, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop a deep understanding of category products, business management, and sales strategies.

· Contribute actively to defining and executing the category business plan.

· Build and maintain senior-level relationships with the sales force and key partners.

· Take ownership of product line and quota for a significant share of the portfolio or a specific customer segment.

· Provide functional leadership across areas such as market analysis, marketing engagement, and sales communication.

· Lead engagement with one or more sales teams and external IT vendors as required.

· May manage a subset of the team and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

· 8–12 years of professional experience, ideally combining Marketing, Sales, and Business Planning.

· Expertise in consumer and/or commercial partner management; end-user account management experience is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

· Strong knowledge of the IT industry and market trends.

· Advanced business planning and financial modelling skills, with the ability to manage complex reporting.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

· Understanding of promotional marketing processes and practices.

· Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills (sales, supply chain, marketing).
