About the Job

As a Marketing Executive within our Fragrance & Beauty Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement and elevating the brand experience. This position offers a dynamic scope across CRM, POS services, retail marketing initiatives, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management (Local Market & Export Market)
    • Own the +1 programme at Point of Sales (POS)
    • Lead CRM analytics to provide actionable client insights and close business gaps
    • Drive gifting strategies (Year-end, Welcome, Birthday)
    • Implement new CRM initiatives and campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • POS Services & Tools (Local Market & Export Market)
    • Roll out POS service strategies and review performance
    • Manage tools, collaterals, and digital content updates
    • Track results and ensure timely implementation across local and export markets
  • Support Successful Implementation of Local Marketing Eventing
    • Full ownership to lead retail marketing events
    • Coordinate with Assistant Manager for local events planning & implementation.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong retail understanding and exposure, preferably in luxury retail/beauty category.
  • Proven track record in Marketing and/or retail/trade marketing function
