Job Brief

We are seeking a Finance Administrative Assistant to support our amazing UK finance team! It is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while being part of an ever-changing organization. This is a full-time, remote/hybrid position, working Monday to Friday, with standard office hours & potential over time per business requirements.

This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance team and managing data for accounts receivable, payments, and statements.

This position will work across various programs, including our in-house data management tool.

As a Finance Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Responsible for general AR/AP transactions (reconciling AP and AR accounts)

  • Monitor and record payments received, including checks, credit card transactions, electronic transfers, and third-party payments.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial records and manage data entry. 

  • Reconcile payments to accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the company's financial system.

 

 

 

  • Assist in preparing year-end financial reports and documentation for audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.

 

  • Assist with special invoicing requirements.

Requirements: 

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, organized, self-starting administrative professional with the following:

    • High school degree or equivalent.

    • 2-3+ years minimum of prior experience working in an administrative/data entry position.

    • Experience with general computer programs; experience with NetSuite will be a major advantage.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members and departments

     

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

     

     

    • Experience with payroll management - a major advantage 

     

     

    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

     

    • Eligible to work in the UK.

    • Willingness to work moderate amount of overtime in case required 

The salary range for this position: An annual base salary of 27,000 - 32,000 GBP based on experience.
