What to Expect

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and external partners.
  • Influential and persuasive, able to achieve results through collaboration.
  • A proactive, resourceful self-starter who brings forward solutions and ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain issues and resolutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Expertise in Client Onboarding or related insurance industry knowledge.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams.

Why join our team:

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
