Deliver comprehensive clinical and technical support for GE Healthcare's cardiac ultrasound interventional products to customers, including physicians, sonographers, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and in-service training sessions for new and existing customers.
Collaborate with GE Healthcare's IGT teams to deliver a ''one GEHC'' approach.
Act as a subject matter expert for cardiac ultrasound interventional procedures, including TEE-guided structural heart interventions (e.g., TAVI, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure) and other complex cardiac procedures.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve regional sales targets.
Provide ongoing post-sales support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Collect and provide market feedback to product development teams to contribute to future product enhancements.
Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and educational events to promote GE Healthcare's solutions and maintain professional development.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product installations, and support activities.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to patient safety and data privacy.
Travel extensively across the UK and Ireland as required to support customer needs and business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., Cardiovascular Technology, Radiography, Sonography) or equivalent professional qualification.
Accreditation in echocardiography (e.g., BSE, ARDMS, EAE) is highly desirable.
Significant clinical experience in cardiac ultrasound, with significant experience in interventional echocardiography and structural heart procedures.
Proven experience in providing clinical application support or training for medical devices, preferably in a commercial setting.
Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
Fluency in English is essential.
