We’re seeking a UK Account Manager to support corporate immigration programs for a portfolio of global clients. Partnering closely with Strategic Account Managers, affiliated law firms, and Envoy’s immigration teams, you’ll help execute day‑to‑day client requests, guide users through our platform, and ensure accurate, responsive immigration support.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, under Strategic Account Manager direction
- Support corporate immigration workflows, case tracking, reporting, and compliance through the Envoy platform
- Resolve client inquiries related to platform use, immigration processes, billing, and reporting
- Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams and law firm partners
- Prepare and analyse immigration data (cases, expirations, spend, engagement)
- Deliver client trainings and support Account Business Reviews (ABRs)
- Maintain accurate client records and document client sentiment in Salesforce
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client service, or immigration‑related roles
- Strong interest in corporate immigration or global mobility (experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated, deadline‑driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools preferred
