Job Description Summary:
Digital products play a central role in how we create value for customers, support the teams who serve them, and shape the consumer experience. Our product organization brings together small, empowered teams that move with clarity, speed, and purpose, enabling digital to be a meaningful source of advantage across our operating unit.
Our work touches the experiences that keep the business running, including customer journeys, service delivery, sales workflows, and the systems that connect them. We are raising our standards for product craft and rebuilding the platforms behind these experiences.
We are growing our in-house design practice and looking for senior design leaders who want to help shape it from the inside. Designers work side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn complex workflows into simple, coherent, human experiences. If you want to both lead through craft and grow other designers, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
The UI/UX Product Design Lead is a player–coach role responsible for leading and developing a team of Product Designers while remaining hands-on in shaping key product experiences. You will set the bar for design quality, coherence, and craft across multiple product teams, while directly contributing to complex or high-impact design work yourself.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of designers through discovery, concept development, validation, and execution, helping them grow their judgment, confidence, and product thinking. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape end-to-end experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in real user needs.
This role is ideal for a senior design leader who enjoys building and coaching a team, setting clear standards, and staying deeply connected to the work.
