We are looking for a TVV Lead to define, govern and execute the testing strategy across all products and delivery streams for the Northern Countries of Europe & South Africa (NCE & SA) region.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic ownership with active operational involvement in testing activities.
You ensure high product quality, regulatory compliance (MDR / ISO 13485), and continuous improvement of testing performance across the region.
You will be in charge of:
1) Test Strategy & Governance
Establish frameworks and ensure MDR / ISO compliance
Govern verification vs validation approaches as BDD
2) Hands-on Test Leadership & Execution
Participate in test design and execution
Support teams in defect analysis and validation
Intervene on high-risk testing scenarios
3) Quality & Performance Improvement
Define KPIs (coverage, leakage, automation)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
4) Test Process & Automation
Implement automation strategy
Behavior Driven Development approach (BDD)
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
5) Cross-Functional Leadership
6) Regional Coordination
Build QA community

7+ years in QA/testing with hands-on experience
Experience combining strategy and execution
Strong automation & CI/CD experience
Knowledge of MDR / ISO 13485
Strong leadership and communication skills
Healthcare experience
ISO 14971 knowledge
Experience in regulated environments
Language : Danish or Dutch or French
