Ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. This involves coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials to meet the company's needs while optimizing costs and maintaining high service levels.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Principales responsabilidades:

• Liderar la planificación de la demanda y la gestión de proveedores para garantizar la excelencia en los indicadores clave de la cadena de suministro (porcentaje de disponibilidad, merma y días de inventario).

• Realizar análisis profundos para identificar las principales causas de quiebres de stock (out-of-stocks) y desarrollar planes de acción que impulsen la disponibilidad.

• Actuar como usuario principal del modelo de reposición, asegurando niveles adecuados de stock de seguridad por categoría y producto.

• Gestionar reuniones semanales con los principales proveedores para impulsar el desempeño en métricas clave como Fill Rate (FR%) y On Time In Full (OTIF%).

• Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento al proceso end-to-end para garantizar el cumplimiento y la correcta ejecución del abastecimiento.

Key Requirements

• Mínimo: Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines a Supply Chain / Operaciones.

• Desde 2 años de experiencia en entornos de alto volumen y ritmo acelerado, como retail grocery, distribución o logística.

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia gestionando la planificación de abastecimiento en una empresa de retail.

• Excel avanzado.

• Conocimientos de SQL.

• Conocimientos de Phyton (deseable)
