Our Trust & Safety Product and Operations team safeguards our clients' platforms, users, and brands. The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trust and Safety Operations Liaison to serve as the critical link between our specialized T&S team and our frontline operational teams. This individual will be the primary T&S point of contact for Operations, Quality, and Training, ensuring that our T&S best practices are seamlessly embedded into every facet of our client programs.

You will be instrumental during new client implementations, service line expansions, and critical escalations. As the face of the T&S team during client visits, you will showcase our capabilities and our commitment to operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Integration & Partnership:

    • Act as the dedicated T&S SME and primary point of contact for the Philippines campaign-level Operations, Quality, and Training leadership. 

    • Collaborate with Quality and Training team to analyze quality trends to identify knowledge gaps and design T&S training modules for new hires and ongoing learning, ensuring content is always current with T&S best practices. 

    • Advise Operations on workflow optimization, tooling requirements, and performance management strategies that align with T&S objectives.

  • Client Engagement & Representation:

    • Serve as the lead T&S representative and SME during client site visits, business reviews, and audits conducted in the Philippines. 

    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client counterparts, acting as a credible and reliable partner on all T&S matters. 

    • Lead the T&S workstream for new client launches and program ramps, ensuring all operational components are T&S-ready from day one.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the Trust and Safety field, with a focus on content moderation, policy enforcement, or risk operations.

  • Proven experience working within a BPO or large-scale operational environment.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from frontline agents to senior client executives.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent organizational and project management skills.
