Role Summary

This position is a Senior Consultant role within the Wealth Management Partner Support team under Business Enablement. The role supports trust-related activities with a particular focus on fee support/liaison coordination, and cross-functional partnership. The Senior Consultant role serves as a central point for fee-related matters and broader trust inquiries coming from wealth management partners, helping drive communication, alignment, investigation, issue resolution, and overall support continuity across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a connection point between Client Servicing Teams, Fee Operations, and Fee Product to support alignment and communication

  • Advising or consulting on optimal fee set up

  • Perform structured reviews of fee-related inquiries, identifying key issues and coordinating next steps toward resolution

  • Support complex or unclear scenarios by gathering information across teams and helping bring clarity to the path forward

  • Assist Client Servicing Teams with fee-related issues by conducting analysis, guiding next steps, and escalating more complex matters as needed

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate resolution efforts and ensure timely follow-up

  • Manage and prioritize incoming demand, ensuring focus on time-sensitive and high-impact items

  • Track and follow up on open items to help drive progress and maintain visibility

  • Identify recurring themes or common issues and share insights to improve processes

  • Maintain awareness of fee-related initiatives, tools, and updates

  • Provide support across broader Trust-related needs as required, based on business demand

Necessary Skills and Experience

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Trust, operations, client servicing, or related field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work through moderately complex or ambiguous situations with guidance when needed

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to review issues and identify key drivers

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

  • Related industry knowledge preferred

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
