Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing a portfolio of 35-45 Commercial assets for an owner or client and fulfill the manager's obligations under the terms of the property's management agreement.

Job Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of 30–45 commercial real estate assets, managing leasing, capital improvements, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term goals.

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, including operating expenses, capital projects, and revenue forecasts.

  • Deliver strategic recommendations for individual assets and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, property managers, brokers, and other service providers.

  • Travel as needed to property sites, client meetings, and internal engagements.

  • Maximize asset value through revenue growth, expense control, and strategic acquisitions/dispositions.

  • Ensure compliance with OCC Regulation 9, particularly around valuations, inspections, and annual reviews, to uphold fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in various stages with aggressive deadlines and timelines

  • Obtain and maintain industry designations applicable to this position, fulfilling ongoing mandatory education and training requirements as necessary

  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures  

  • Be proficient in lease, sale, and acquisition negotiations

Qualifications: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or a related field.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 106,250.00 - $125,000.00
