Job Description

About the Department:

The role of Trust Administrator is with Invesco Trust Company ("ITC"). ITC exists to offer Invesco's investment strategies through collective investment trusts (CITs), a vehicle exclusive to the US retirement market. Our business is management and administration of CITs and institutional private placement funds, outsourcing critical middle and back-office functions to gain economies of scale and help maintain efficient operating expenses for our products.

About the role:

The role of Trust Administrator is to serve as subject matter expert regarding ITC products by providing support to internal and external stakeholders. The Trust Administrator will work directly with internal and external salespeople and third parties to service current and potential clients invested in ITC's collective investment trusts. The Trust Administrator will also be responsible for exploring process improvements in day-to-day work as well as elevating ITC's accomplishments within the firm.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Serving as the liaison with field and home office distribution and 3rd parties, fielding inquiries, researching requests, and coordinating timely, appropriate responses regarding the product line, including qualification requirements, stable value education and problem resolution, directly and by managing a shared inbox.
  • Updating and maintaining a stable value queue database with client data, including coordinating client activity with portfolio managers.
  • Deploying exception reporting within client data universe and performing regular analysis to ensure integrity/preservation.
  • Assisting the transfer agents with client on-boarding, account set up, data management and queries, including assuring all third party and client account contracts are received in good order.
  • Working with our 3rd parties to create transparency between Invesco and vendors and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Performing, documenting, and remediating regulatory account audits to ensure compliance with ITC Policy Manual and TDB regulations.
  • Coordinating client communication for all regulatory fund changes and maintaining communication records.
  • Exploring process improvement initiatives to enhance client support processes in partnership with peers in successful completion
  • Elevating ITC within the firm by regularly communicating progress on key initiatives, recent wins, and available resources.
  • Performing administrative tasks to assist the President of ITC.
  • Supporting ITC team as needed and special projects as assigned.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Finance, Business or related degrees.
  • Working knowledge of investment products & services, securities processing, and information systems.
  • 3 years’ experience in financial services or retirement services background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
