Experigreen Lawn Care, a Turf Masters Brands Company is now hiring a Tree & Shrub Technician for the Chicago/Tinley Park, IL area. Primary Responsibilities and Requirements
Applying fertilizer, pesticides, mixing and spraying chemicals
Knowledge of tree and shrub and pest identification
PHC and diagnostics
Providing written & verbal communication to prospects / current customers
Maintaining and operating equipment & vehicles
Completing assigned stops daily
Communicating issues and opportunities to the Manager
Client education and reporting
Inventory Control
Generating new sales on your route
3B License preferred
Equipment Care: cleaning and maintaining company vehicles and equipment (e.g., aerators, spreaders)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Organized to ensure all procedures are done correctly
Time-management skills to ensure daily route is completed
Basic math skills
Ability to read maps
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly throughout the shift without assistance
Ability to understand hazard communication and follow safety instructions
Ability to wear proper safety equipment while performing duties

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift
