Job Summary

This position is responsible for project leadership of treasury management, cash management, forecasting, corporate finance and investment initiatives, as well as serving as a liaison for non-treasury related initiatives requiring treasury representation. Provides leadership and expertise on the design, development and implementation of products, fintech systems and treasury services enterprise-wide. Ensures appropriate banking controls are in place and all treasury services meet corporate compliance requirements. Responsible for day-to-day resolution of complex treasury operations issues and execution of complex transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply treasury market and product knowledge to project recommendations by maintaining up-to-date understanding of the banking industry, bank products, bank operations and bank regulation as related to matters relevant to HCSC current and future state operations. 
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including acting as project manager for the treasury area.
  • Conduct scoping meetings with internal and external clients, complete scope documents to ensure requirements are clearly defined and all project deliverables are understood.
  • Support the Treasury Department’s primary responsibility of serving the operational requirements, treasury cash management, and banking needs of both internal and external clients.
  • Act as Security Administrator for multiple banking system applications and analyze bank service fees and bank analysis reporting.
  • Provide support and guidance to senior-level staff in process re-engineering and strategic problem-solving.
  • Work independently to respond to rapidly changing treasury services priorities.
  • Participate in the review and recommendation of third party vendors.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, economics or accounting. 
  • 6 years of experience in enterprise IT, project management, business analysis, banking, treasury, cash management, or consulting.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or must obtain CTP within 12 months of start date.
  • Strong experience with enterprise IT project approval processes, system implementations, corporate compliance and Treasury Management best practices.
  • Time management, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and respond to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple complex tasks with tight deadlines concurrently.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, facilitation, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Personal initiative to act proactively, work independently, with guidance only in most complex situations.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$60,300.00 - $133,400.00
