Position Overview:
The Treasury Operations Manager will be a key member of the Treasury Operations group within the Investment and Capital Markets Division (I&CM). This role is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing and reporting of funds and security wires, while playing a critical role in reducing payment risk and ensuring operational excellence. The Treasury Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring strategies and solutions are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Additionally, this role ensures the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day operations.
Our Impact:
Treasury Operations is responsible for ensuring that all cash activity is processed in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines across the entire organization. The Investment and Capital Markets Division manages mortgage-related investment portfolios, single-family securitization activities, and treasury functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational risks
Consistently identify and interpret areas of operational and process risk, driving the creation and maintenance of controls and increasing efficiencies through process improvements, automation, and standardization
Lead responses to audit inquiries and manage audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
Execute governance framework and resiliency planning
Ensure the team can effectively respond to resiliency events and business continuity situations
Manage and lead specialized projects or programs on behalf of the organization
Provide counsel to top management and customers on payment-related matters and treasury operations
Ensure strategies and solutions are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures
Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
8-10 years of experience in Treasury Operations and project management
2+ years of management experience
Background in financial services with larger organizations preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $132,000 - $198,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
