World Kinect is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to support global trade solutions, banking relationships, and treasury operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, analytical, and solutions‑oriented professional ready to drive improvements and support global working capital strategies.

About the Role

The Treasury Manager plays a key role in managing global banking partnerships, implementing trade and working‑capital solutions, supporting FX activities, and delivering critical reporting to senior leaders. This individual will serve as a change agent within Treasury—enhancing processes, improving efficiency, and helping build best‑in‑class treasury operations.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Sales, Accounting, Banks, Controllers, and Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Solutions & Working Capital Initiatives

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of working‑capital solutions, including supply‑chain finance and receivables‑financing programs.
• Provide and obtain transactional data from Sales and Accounting teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of trade finance transactions with minimal impact if an error occurs.

Banking Partner Management

• Manage global banking partners on a daily and weekly basis.
• Oversee trade programs, service levels, and operational support.
• Negotiate pricing, fees, and enhancements to global banking services.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare reporting for senior leadership on:
  • Supply‑chain finance programs
  • Receivables‑financing programs
  • Foreign‑exchange trade activity and trends
• Support analysis that enhances financial visibility and helps optimize working‑capital performance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Accounting, Controllers, and management teams.
• Liaise with external banking partners to ensure smooth execution of trade and treasury programs.
• Act as a change agent by identifying and implementing process improvements within Treasury.

Systems & Tools

• Utilize Oracle, treasury platforms, trade solutions systems, and FX trading applications.
• Support data management, reporting, and system-driven process enhancements.

What You Bring

• 5–8+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance.
• Master’s Degree preferred (MBA, MS in Finance, MS in Accounting, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Trade solutions (SCF, receivables financing, working capital tools)
  • FX trading concepts and execution
  • Oracle and related financial systems
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing banking relationships and negotiating service levels.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment

• Moderate overtime required during peak periods, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Some responsibilities may require after-hours phone contact due to global partners.
• Flexibility is expected to support business needs with minimal intrusion into personal life.
