<title>About the role</title>

Treasury’s purpose is to add value to Bolt’s growth by supporting business expansion, managing risks, identifying opportunities for improvement and simplifying complexity within our areas of expertise. The team is part of Corporate Finance, alongside Debt Capital Markets, Investor Relations, and M&A.
You will work closely with internal teams across Bolt—Corporate Finance, Tax, Commerce, Corporate Development, Core Finance, Legal, and others—and collaborate with international financial institutions.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Manage day-to-day Treasury operations, including cash management, settlements, bank account opening and KYC, bank guarantees, and bank portal administration.</point>
- <point>Own administration of Treasury systems and banking platforms, ensuring appropriate access, controls, and data integrity.</point>
- <point>Lead Treasury-initiated projects to improve processes and operations, reduce costs, and maximise returns.</point>
- <point>Drive projects related to Treasury systems, including implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement of the systems landscape.</point>
- <point>Act as Treasury’s key stakeholder in bank-related projects linked to business expansion, restructuring, M&A, and compliance initiatives.</point>
- <point>Support bank reviews and bank account rationalisation projects to simplify structures and improve efficiency.</point>

- <point>You have experience in corporate treasury; additional experience in consulting or banking environments is also ideal.</point>
- <point>You have a demonstrated interest in process automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.</point>
- <point>You have familiarity with Treasury systems or similar financial technology tools.</point>
- <point>You have experience contributing to projects and process improvement initiatives.</point>
- <point>You have a structured, well-organised approach to work with a practical, hands-on mindset.</point>
- <point>You have professional fluency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.</point>
