Job Description:

The mission of TREASURY OPERATIONS is accomplished thru these main activities:

• Perform intermedia bank account clearing for all OneRoof entities
• Manage foreign exchange revenue settlement with various banks for all OneRoof entities 
• Perform bank reconciliations for all in-scope entities
• Manage with bank related compliance topics, including KYC, vendor bank validation etc.
• Manage with bank account opening, modification, closure both with eBAM and banks
• Maintain valid bank signatories and related authorizations with eBAM and banks
• Manage tools maintenance related to banks, such as e-bank and SWIFT connection
• Offer real time visibility on cash transactions to management which include bank statement reconciliation and suspense bank account clearing
• Negotiate financial transaction agreements with banks such as hedging, oversea transactions, deposit terms, credit facility
• Deploy internal treasury process such as hedging policy and participants management
• Supporting commercial contract and project negotiation which link to funding, cash flow etc.
