About You
In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
You will lead Transport & Warehousing & Utility team, ensuring a strategic sourcing pipeline for Latam, with the goal of achieving significant value creation activities, based on year-over-year savings, working capital and productivity improvements in the total cost of ownership of goods and services procured, while granting quality and vendor service levels.
Represent Latam in global forums, leveraging global scale with local alternatives. Influence business decisions, working closely to key Kimberly Clark stakeholders.
Become a strategic partner for business decision for short-, mid- and long-term timeframe. Jointly develop go to market strategy and bring outside solution to better attend the customers, reassess footprints, challenge distribution models, etc. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in São Paulo. Lead category strategies development through the strategic sourcing process, benchmark internally and externally, and develop a dynamic total cost of ownership models.
Provide Industry with best practices, Innovation, Sustainability alternatives and value-added opportunities for positively impacting P&L by identifying more efficient Transport & Warehousing & Utility Services.
Guide team to best choice SRM, RFx, supply assurance as needed Bring value added solutions to the company ensuring quality, right cost, supply assurance and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder management and build strategic internal partnerships, especially logistics and operations. Become Stakeholders key strategic partner
Provide spend visibility for demand management and price trend for fueling business plans.
More efficient Spend Budgets. Influencing Stakeholders for demand management based on market best practices.
Actively participate in global forums for best practice sharing, influencing decisions and becoming the voice of the region
Delivering a regional robust 3-year value creation pipeline
Provide business cost visibility and risk exposure for T&W&U
Implement sustainability initiatives aligned to global targets.
Be a partner of Legal, Internal Controls and Procurement COE in order to ensure that all internal and external requirements (policies, regulations and laws) are being accomplished
Identify, Analyze, Diagnose and resolve complex issues. Implement solutions and calculate risks. Be able to identify issues and with creativity and business knowledge identify opportunities in adversity, implementing solutions and taking calculated risks. Know when to escalate a problem and how to drive its solution.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Education: University degree required
Proven experience in supply chain or procurement (Transport & Warehousing & Utilities)
Experience in similar roles and supply chain experience
Team leader expert with proven experience
English (Advanced)
Spanish (Advanced)
Advanced Excel & Power Point
Negotiation skills and finance knowledge
Advance communications skills
