What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a transportation team—coaching, training, and empowering them to perform at their best.
Optimize transportation strategies to deliver top-tier pickup and delivery performance while achieving strong profit margins.
Build lasting relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams to drive communication, trust, and seamless operations.
Champion compliance and safety by ensuring asset-based and partner carriers meet all regulatory and contractual standards.
Oversee freight invoicing with precision—ensuring accuracy, cost control, and healthy cash flow.
Collaborate across the supply chain to troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative, logistics-focused solutions.
Monitor key metrics to track performance, identify trends, and keep operations running at peak efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of transportation or 3PL management experience, including rate and contract negotiation.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret policies, procedures, and agreements.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Skilled in resolving conflicts—especially in complex or sensitive situations.
