As the Executive Assistant to the founders, you’ll be the operational backbone of our growing team, wearing multiple hats to keep our fast-paced startup running smoothly. You’ll work directly with the founders to manage everything from executive calendars to company culture, playing a critical role in scaling our operations across every town and city in the country.
Manage day-to-day office operations including lunch logistics, procurement, and workspace maintenance
Support recruiting logistics by scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and processing payroll for the team
Build company culture through team events, offsites, and fostering a positive work environment
Handle financial operations including basic bookkeeping and expense auditing
Provide executive support by managing founder calendars, coordinating external events, and purchasing client gifts
Loves the energy of a high-growth environment where every day looks a little different
You have good judgement, high integrity, and a no-task-too-small mindset
Positive, warm personality with a supportive and thoughtful approach to working with others
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, and proactively takes on tasks
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 USD base + equity + benefits. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
