As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team leveraging your influence, expertise and network to deliver quality results for Transport clients while contributing to business growth for PwC’s broader Government & Public Sector team. You will:
Lead, deliver and support large-scale transport transformation programmes across government and public sector clients.
Support Transport account growth within G&PS go-to-market strategies, including the identification of new opportunities and shaping proposals.
Support the development and implementation of future-state operating models, procurement strategies and operational effectiveness plans and adjacent advisory services for priority clients.
Apply project management and change management methodologies to support transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to co-create solutions that address complex organisational challenges.
Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions to complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, pre-emptively developing and discussing potential solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships at senior levels.
Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations and project goals.
Your Profile
A recognised University Degree with 7+ years’ experience in management consulting or public sector roles, particularly in the Transport sector.
A track record in business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify and convert business development opportunities.
Deep understanding of one or more of the following capabilities: Operating Model design, Public Sector Procurement, Transformation Delivery, Programme Management or Change management.
Knowledge of the challenges the Transport sector is facing in the context of the wider Irish government agenda.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating political and operational complexities.
