We’re growing and fast. With an exciting new customer partnership kicking off in December, we’re looking for a switched-on Logistics Planner to take the lead on delivering seamless, safe and efficient end-to-end operations support.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives on coordination, communication, and making sure things just work, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role within our Intermodal & Specialised division.
What You’ll Own
As our Transport Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Tennyson operation — keeping freight moving, stakeholders aligned and safety front and center.
Your day-to-day will include:
Overseeing daily warehouse operations
Ensuring safety first, every time — for people, property and the environment
Coordinating internal fleet and 3rd-party carriers to meet local and interstate delivery expectations
Supervising container/trailer unpacking, paperwork preparation and TollWorks admin
Managing damage, exception and movement reporting with accuracy and urgency
Keeping communication tight between customers, drivers, warehouse teams and stakeholders
You’ll be the person who knows what’s happening, when, how and why and ensures everyone else does too.
What You Bring
Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or a similar operational role
Strong organisational and coordination skills
A proactive, safety-focused mindset
Confidence working with systems (TollWorks experience a bonus!)
Excellent communication with customers, stakeholders and operational teams
