We’re looking for a Transformation Manager who expects more from their career. Joining our Operations and Programme Management community, you’ll work with passionate, detaildriven people focused on driving measurable impact. You’ll collaborate across teams, coaching and upskilling colleagues, implementing optimised processes, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. 

What we expect from you 

  • Deep CPG and Brand practitioner experience. 
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency, optimisation and automation across processes. 
  • A track record of mentoring and upskilling junior insight team members. 
  • Ability to create value for clients through highquality data and insight delivery. 
  • Strong understanding of client value creation and execution. 
  • Experience working across departments and managing scale, risk and complexity. 
  • Proven experience producing highquality, insightled outputs that drive strategic growth. 
  • Ability to lead change, champion new ways of working, and drive operational excellence. 
  • Strong coaching, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
