We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Technical Program Management team. The TPM is responsible for driving product and technical strategy, owning measurable business outcomes, and leading cross-functional execution across complex initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, product, design, data, and business stakeholders. The TPM defines direction, aligns stakeholders, and ensures that what we build drives meaningful impact for customers and the business.

What you'll do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with company objectives and measurable business outcomes
  • Identify high-impact opportunities through data analysis, stakeholder input, and market signals; prioritize initiatives based on ROI and strategic value
  • Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and outcome-based KPIs before development begins
  • Partner with engineering leadership to shape scalable technical solutions that balance speed, quality, and long-term architecture
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, UX, data, and go-to-market teams around priorities and tradeoffs
  • Make principled prioritization decisions across competing initiatives, grounded in business impact and technical feasibility
  • Evaluate product performance post-launch; iterate based on data, experimentation, and customer feedback
  • Surface and manage strategic risks, dependencies, and sequencing decisions that affect roadmap delivery
  • Communicate product vision, progress, tradeoffs, and results clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders

What success looks like

  • Roadmaps are clearly tied to measurable business outcomes, not just feature output
  • High-impact initiatives are prioritized and sequenced logically against strategic goals
  • Product decisions are grounded in data, experimentation, and clear ROI thinking
  • Engineering teams execute against well-defined problems with clear success criteria
  • Stakeholders are aligned on priorities, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes
  • Launched initiatives demonstrably improve key business or customer metrics
  • The TPM is viewed as a strategic product leader who drives clarity, accountability, and impact

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or product management within a SaaS, ad-tech, mar-tech, or data-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of business outcomes, not just feature delivery
  • Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, SQL, and system architecture concepts
  • Experience using SQL and analytics tools to inform prioritization, measure impact, and guide iteration
  • Proven ability to define and manage outcome-driven roadmaps aligned to business strategy
  • Deep experience operating within Agile environments while maintaining strategic clarity
  • Strong judgment in navigating tradeoffs between speed, scope, and technical debt
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizational environments
  • Experience integrating or managing AI/ML-driven capabilities is a plus

MNTN Perks

  • 100% remote within the US
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Annual vacation allowance for travel related expenses
  • Three-day weekend every month of the year
  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% healthcare coverage
