What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
- Monitor technically and operationally complex credit card processing environments to ensure alignment and proper tracking to designated SLAs; troubleshoot network health issues.
- Monitor credit card processing information using tools such as Salesforce Lightning, Domo, and Excel.
- Provide analytical insight on projects and their impact to the business at large.
- Proactively identify issues with current processes and follow through on implementing solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Partner, Data Science, Technology, Operational, and Support teams.
- Conduct research when issues arise regarding member credit card data.
- Pursue and maintain best practices for card processing management, including compliance.
- Audit credit card processing information input for accuracy.
- Actively engage in learning the payments ecosystem, demonstrating curiosity and initiative in mastering knowledge around card network processes and emerging technologies.
- Willingly step in to assist team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure business continuity and success
Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)
- College degree or commensurate experience.
- 5 years of business experience in the credit card processing industry.
- Critical and analytical thinking— enjoy working with numbers to find patterns and insights in card-linked offer data.
- Highly motivated to deepen expertise in the payments industry and build the skills needed to assume increased responsibility developing into a Subject Matter Expert role.
- Desire to grow into a future leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce Lightning.
- SQL and Python experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to navigate databases and use Excel as an analytical tool (VLOOKUPs, etc.)

- This is a full time, exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $85,000-$100,000 annualized, depending on level, candidate experience, skills and other factors. This position is eligible for a 7.5% bonus with a total comp of $91,375-$107,500.
