What you will do
You will be responsible for leading the Largo plant’s training program—from onboarding new employees to managing ongoing skill development. You will oversee training tools and schedules, ensure employees are properly certified, and maintain accurate records of skills and performance. Your work will help strengthen engagement, close skill gaps, and support overall workforce readiness. To learn more about this plant, check out our website!
How you will do it
Create a bootcamp Training (theory and hands on) starting with Mount and Wire and Coils Brazing.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, temp employees.
Track 30-60-90 day training completion and close attention to new employees.
Collaborate with HR and operations to improve employee retention by identify training skill gaps with existing employees and increase employee engagement.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software.
Content Development Training
Recertification by job class and area.
Individual performance tracking
Up to date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
Expected Outcomes
Reduction in production errors and rework.
Improved audit scores and compliance readiness.
Increased employee engagement and retention.
Enhanced operational flexibility through cross-training.
Stronger safety performance metrics with new hires.
Improved Voice Survey

What we look for
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
Proven ability to lead and deliver hands‑on training programs
Experience coordinating onboarding and supporting new employees
Skilled in tracking employee progress and maintaining accurate training records
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and Operations teams
Experience identifying skill gaps and improving employee engagement
Proficiency with training software
Strong content development and documentation skills
Ability to manage training schedules, certifications, and recertifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to maintain a comprehensive, up‑to‑date skills matrix
Preferred:
Previous experience working with Alchemy training software
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,200-95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data). This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
