Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for our Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. This role focuses on coordinating and facilitating training programs, developing and maintaining learning resources, and ensuring smooth execution of training initiatives. The Training Specialist will work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop and deliver effective learning solutions that enhance performance and support career development within the CSM team.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Coordination

  • Facilitate instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions for CSM employees.
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, enrollment, and communication with participants.
  • Maintain and update training materials, job aids, and resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Learning Support

  • Develop eLearning content and assessments
  • Upload and manage courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collect and organize feedback from participants to support continuous improvement of training programs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work with internal SMEs and trainers to ensure training content meets business needs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for training initiatives across the CSM organization.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, delivery, or related role.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Captivate) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience facilitating virtual and classroom training sessions.
  • Knowledge of customer success management organisation is an advantage.
