Job Description:
Coordinates logistics aspects of T&E within his/her country (finds ad book the venue, distributes audiovisual materials, finds the best suppliers for audiovisual material, catering, prepares communication material : invitations, flyers)
Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following Nobel Biocare branding template and requirements
Is the contact person for local speaker’s regarding functional aspects (audio visual requirements, hotel booking…)
Prepares and oversees logistic aspects at regional events and congresses
Collect course evaluation and keeps track of sales team reporting and delivers reporting and delivers reporting to the respective T&E Manager.
Keeps track of speaker evaluation
Follow up and reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses
Job is based in Mechelen near the station.
Proposes ways to attract participants to our T&E programs to the T&E Manager
