Your work will help ensure that people are trained, certified, and ready to perform safely and effectively on critical equipment such as high-voltage systems and related technologies. You will manage learning platforms, organize technical training programs, and coordinate certification and apprenticeship progress while working closely with internal trainers and stakeholders. By applying adult learning principles and continuously improving training materials and processes, you directly contribute to workforce capability, service quality, and long-term reliability within the power grid sector.
