Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $24.09 - $36.11/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Candidates must reside close to one of the following Manheim locations: Riverside, CA/Las Vegas, NV/Milwaukee, WI/San Antonio, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide training to assigned virtual block specialist team members.

- Partner with Op-Ex to create training materials and SOPs for virtual block specialist career pathing.

- Support in interviewing and onboarding new hires.

- Optimize workflow training for Title Absent call reporting.

- Audit commercial, dealer and specialty sales to maximize virtual block specialist support.

- Problem solves areas of opportunity with assigned training schedules.

- Create additional job aides for virtual block specialist team members.

- Building positive relationships with field leaders and auctioneer teams.

- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience in a related field.

- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years’ experience. OR 9 years’ experience in a related field.

- Safe driver’s needed; valid driver’s license required.

- Strong communication and interaction skills for both in-person and virtual individuals required.

- Effective time management, client service, and organizational skills required.

Preferred:

- Ability to provide general guidance/direction, training, and technical assistance to Virtual Block Specialists.

- Proficient computer and software skills essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical reasoning and organizational skills are essential.

- Ability to work with limited supervision in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

- Ability to maintain good working relationships and build and maintain business relationships.

- Ability to perform 50% or more of daily job duties from on-site auction locations.

- Must possess a strong positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, and enjoy a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
