Your Role
Join our Human Resources team of six dedicated professionals who support our employees in Luxembourg and collaborate closely with our HR colleagues across Europe.
As part of this hands-on and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to discover the full spectrum of HR activities. Your responsibilities will include both administrative tasks and involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
You will support the team by:
Managing the full recruitment cycle for trainees, from identifying needs with managers, posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews, to preparing internship agreements.
Assisting with onboarding, absence management, and the administration of fringe benefits.
Independently preparing the INFPC training co-funding report (cofinancement de la formation).
Responding to employee queries and providing day-to-day HR support.
Participating in various HR-driven projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources Management (or any related field)
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Good command of Excel
Accurate, reliable, and detail‑oriented, with strong organizational skills
Dynamic, flexible, autonomous, and trustworthy
A team player who enjoys taking initiative and working independently
