Trading Risk Monitoring Officer

Why this role matters

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Trading Risk team by performing regular monitoring of client trading activity and assisting in data collection/validation to identify irregularities to maintain a secure trading environment.

The role is based in our office in Belize. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

• Monitor clients trading activities to report irregular client activity patterns and abnormal behaviour using predefined alerts, tools and checklists;
• Report the abnormal activities and system bugs on time;
• Execute operational reports to export, compile and validate data;

Who we’re looking for

Experience and Education: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional office environment (fintech experience is a plus) ;
• Bachelor’s degree (Math, Economic or finance degree is a plus); 

Professional Knowledge and Skills: 

• Basic CFD Terms (Spread, Contract Size, Leverage, Margin..etc)
• Basic Excel/Google sheets and docs skills;
• Attention to details;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Initiative skills;

Soft Skills: 

• Excellent in English (speaking and writing);
• Communication skills;
• Good organizational abilities;
• Team player approach;
