Trademark Watch Analyst (Italian/German)

We are looking for Trademark Watch Analyst (Italian/German-speaking) to join our Watch Analysis team in Belgrade.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

• B2/C1 level of English
• B2/C1 level of Italian or German
• 2+ years of working experience in a business/customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also had . . .  

• Working experience with multi-tasking and balancing priorities and shifting deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Provide customer service support to Watch customers
• Ensure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clients
• Assure accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfolios
• Successfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information
• Maintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry, and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs. 

About the Team 

Watch Analysis team is responsible for handling inquiries regarding CompuMark Watch products and services. Responsible for Watch portfolio maintenance, making sure that orders are entered, updated, and canceled as customers requested and invoiced in a timely and correct manner. Accountable for conducting trademark monitoring and analysis on specialized databases and other sources as necessary to produce quality Watch reports for CompuMark clients.  Responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information that aids the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark protection against infringement.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
