Role Highlights

With China’s renewable energy certificate (GEC) and national carbon trading markets growing rapidly, this position plays a key role in supporting the registration, issuance, and settlement of green assets, as well as contract management and other operational processes. You will gain hands-on experience across regional markets and contribute directly to Asia’s low-carbon transition.

What You’ll Do

As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will be part of ACT’s Asia Operations team, headquartered in Singapore, supporting markets across China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will contribute to process optimization, system implementation, and business growth initiatives.

• Provide operational support to commercial teams;
• Execute and settle trades across China and other Asian markets;
• Reconcile trade positions across platforms and systems;
• Resolve settlement-related issues and ensure smooth trade execution;
• Assist in registering and managing renewable energy assets (e.g., green certificates, carbon assets) and support issuance and delivery processes;
• Support contract management tasks, including trade validation, contract signatory follow-up, contract storage, and system input;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and mitigate operational risks;
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to drive continuous improvement;
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields;
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, carbon trading, or financial operations;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken;
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with systems;
• Detail-oriented, precise, and data-driven;
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset.
• Interest or familiarity with renewable energy and carbon markets, especially China’s Green Electricity Certificate (GEC) system;

职位介绍

作为交易运营专员，你将加入安晟太亚洲运营团队。该团队以新加坡为区域枢纽，为中国、日本及东南亚市场提供全方位支持。在安晟太快速发展的过程中，你将有机会参与流程优化、系统落地以及业务规模化增长项目，成为支持中国及亚洲业务运营的重要成员。

• 为商业团队提供交易运营支持；
• 负责中国及亚洲多国交易的结算与执行；
• 对交易头寸进行跨平台、跨系统的核对与调节；
• 处理结算及异常问题，确保交易顺利完成；
• 协助注册及管理可再生能源资产（如绿证、碳资产等），并支持其核发及交割流程；
• 协助合同管理相关工作，包括交易验证、合同签署跟进、合同归档及系统录入；
• 与跨职能团队合作，优化流程、提升效率、降低运营风险；
• 主动提出创新想法与解决方案，助力业务持续改进；
• 完成管理层分配的其他相关工作任务。

职位要求

• 本科及以上学历，主修工商管理、金融、经济或相关专业；
• 1–2 年相关工作经验，具备能源、碳交易或金融类企业运营经验者优先；
• 精通中英文（书面及口语），可与国际团队高效沟通；
• 熟练使用 Excel 及其他办公或交易系统；
• 工作细致严谨，具备良好的数据敏感度与风险意识；
• 能在快节奏、多任务环境中保持高效与灵活；
• 优秀的沟通与跨部门协作能力；
• 对能源与碳市场有浓厚兴趣，熟悉中国可再生能源绿电证书（GEC）体系或愿意深入学习；
• 积极主动，具备独立解决问题的能力与成果导向思维。
