• Support to Regional Compliance projects for Tariff Impact & offset program.

• Manage Section 232 , ADCVD.

• Audit and align the with the Brokers the correct declaration of Duties, Tariffs, HTS, and applicable regulations for US and MX ops.

• Ensure the effective development and standardization of the FTA controls and reporting as well as the qualification analysis for US and Mexico plants and monitoring the Trade compliance requirements.

• Keep updated Free Trade Agreements master data.

• CBP Portal reporting

• Collecting Supplier’s proof of origin to determinate the country Traceability of the raw materials.

• Determine the correct HTS code classification for the US and Mex Finish good.

• Audit constantly HTS code records for NA region to keep the consistence of the HTS code declared in Pediment and Entry summary.

• Complete and respond to all customer requests related to trade compliance matter as well as FTA application.

• Keep updated customer portals with 100% of solicitations compliance.

• Contribute to maintaining current regulatory compliance with government requirements regarding foreign trade operations (permits, promotion programs and benefits in foreign trade).

• Identify applicability for duty-free entry using trade preference programs or other duty-free provisions in the US regulations.

• Contribute with improvement opportunities related to duties recovery or cash flow improvements under COO applications.

What Do We Expect From You:

• ...Fluent English

• Bachelor or International Trade, International Business or Customs

• Experience in FTA, analysis and qualification, certificates of origin, trade compliance, customs regulations, preferably in the Automotive Industry.

• Free trade agreements knowledge
