About the Role:
As Trade Centre Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales and high volume stock management. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you and your team of 20+ will be efficient, organized and be the go-to for location for our loyal customers and internal sales teams. In the team you will be supported by highly experienced Co-Ordinators, Customer Services Officers, Team Members/Pickers and Forklift Driver whilst it is also encouraged to engage with local stores and Nationwide Trade Centres.
Your role will help drive the future Trade Centres at Bunnings, by developing local strategies and business plans that support the overall long-term growth of the Commercial business. You will be required to monitor and measure customer service levels, liaise with the Commercial Sales teams to educate them on stock levels and delivery capabilities, products plus service that will help drive sales and increase greater knowledge for Best Experience whilst also ensuring our efficiency and effectiveness to delivery.

You'll need:
As a Trade Centre Manager for Bunnings you will be a highly driven individual with a strong knowledge of Building and Landscaping Products. Previous experience in leading large teams with a focus on Health and Safety, High Volume and Specialist products with the ability to develop teams and provide a healthy environment in which to work in. You must be able to wear many hats, influence multiple stakeholders and have a solid understanding of P&L reporting, KPI’s (Margin, Timelines, Sales) and exceeding customer expectations.
